The development of clean and environmentally friendly energy is necessary to address significant challenges, abundant sea current energy, which plays a key role in the decarbonization our systems has attracted increasing attention among researchers. In present study, remote monitoring diagnosis system was designed accordance with requirements 50 kW hydraulic transmission control power generation system. Hardware selection software function requirement analysis were then performed. causes faults analyzed, output fault types improved model determined, effective parameters selected. accuracy traditional spectra diagnosing poor; however, generalization capability support vector machines (SVM) robust. Thus, an particle swarm algorithm optimized SVM for proposed rapidly effectively determine parameters. Remote also developed. results diagnostic tests showed that able satisfy functional system, operation effect consistent expectations. By comparing test different models, PSVM highest classification 99.4% case normal operation, accumulator failure, relief valve failure motor failure. addition, method effective, thereby ensuring safe reliable
